Refund Policy

Every reading and working is personalized and performed by hand for you. Because of this, most orders cannot be refunded once the work has begun. The section below explains exactly where you stand.

Before the work begins

If you have not yet submitted the details we need, or the work has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Once the work has begun

Once your reading or working has started or your written report has been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable — the service has been performed. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, and results cannot be the basis for a refund.

If something goes wrong

We want you to be treated fairly. Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date if:

• You never received your reading or written report.
• You received the wrong order, or it was incomplete.
• You were charged in error or charged twice.

We will make it right — by re-sending or completing your order, or by issuing a refund where appropriate.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the details below and include the name on the order and the date you ordered. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
