Refund Policy

Summary: All sales are final. Spiritual services are performed on your behalf and cannot be undone once conducted. We handle concerns personally and with care.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of spiritual services โ which are performed personally by Amara on your behalf before or upon delivery โ all sales are final and refunds are not available once a working has been conducted.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally as PDF reports. Because digital products cannot be "returned," and because the spiritual work is performed before the report is written, refunds are not available after delivery.
3. Exceptions
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances only:
- Amara declines an Execration working after review (before fulfillment begins)
- An order was placed in duplicate (you were charged twice for the same order)
- A Grand Rite assessment determines the working cannot be performed as requested
- We are unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end
4. Missing Order Notes
Refunds are not available if you fail to provide the required Order Notes (full name, date of birth, intention) at checkout. If you forget to include this information, contact us immediately and we will work with you to collect it before fulfillment begins.
5. Concerns About Your Order
If you have a concern about your reading or working after delivery, please contact Amara directly through the Contact page before filing any payment dispute. She responds personally to all concerns and addresses them with care.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being permanently blocked from future purchases.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to contest it with evidence of service delivery. We take chargebacks seriously and will submit all order documentation, correspondence, and delivery confirmation to dispute fraudulent claims.
