1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Amara Oracle (the "Site") and purchasing any readings or workings, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site or purchase our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any service from Amara Oracle. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

3. Nature of Services

All readings, workings, spells and rituals offered by Amara Oracle are provided for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

No specific outcome, result or event is guaranteed. Results vary and are influenced by many factors beyond any practitioner's control. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and accept this.

Amara Oracle does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical, mental or emotional condition. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional immediately.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your payment method.

5. Delivery

All services are delivered digitally as PDF reports to the email address provided at checkout. Standard delivery is within 1–4 business days of order confirmation and receipt of required Order Notes. Grand Rite commissions and Custom workings may require additional time.

6. Order Notes Requirement

To perform your working, Amara requires specific information provided in the Order Notes field at checkout: your full name, date of birth, and intention. Failure to provide this information may delay or prevent fulfillment. Refunds are not available due to missing Order Notes.

7. Execration & Grand Rite Workings

Execration workings are reviewed by Amara before fulfillment begins. She reserves the right to decline any Execration order at her sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. The Pharaoh's Rite (Grand Rite) requires prior assessment and approval before purchase.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of spiritual services — which are performed on your behalf before delivery — refunds are not available after a working has been conducted. See our full Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, the Amara Oracle name, logo, and all reading and working descriptions — is the intellectual property of Amara Oracle and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amara Oracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amara Oracle from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
