What this ritual is for
Two workings in one: lift whatever has been crossing you, then open the road that has been shut.
When nothing goes right for a long stretch, there are usually two problems, not one. Something is sitting on you, and because of it the roads ahead have closed. Lifting the weight without opening the road leaves you clean and stuck. Opening the road without lifting the weight leaves you walking in chains.
I do both in order. First the uncrossing: hyssop, salt, a white candle, and the washing of your name until the water runs clear. Then the opening: the road opener herbs, a key, a candle burned toward the direction you need to move, and a petition for the specific doors you want unlocked.
